The United Nations University - Land Restoration Training Programme in Iceland is a postgraduate training programme in the broad field of sustainable land management and land restoration, aiming at training professionals from developing countries. The Programme works with Institutions in the field of land management and restoration in each country when selecting qualified candidates. Several criteria are considered when choosing which countries and which individuals to target for the Training Programme.
